Name of Procuring Entity : Palestinian Water Authority Bidding Process Number : PWA - GSD / UNICEF / 2024 / 29 Bidding Process Name : Supply 5 Ton Double Cab Dropsied Tipper 1. The Palestinian Water Authority , through The Directorate of General Supplies intends to apply part of the proceeds under Yatta Water Supply Project - Institutional Strength ening and Capacity Building for Yatta Water Supply and Sanitation Department fi nanced by Kingdom of the Netherlands through UNICEF toward payment under the Contract Supply 5 Ton Double Cab Dropsied Tipper [ PWA - GSD / UNICEF / 2024 / 29 ] . 2. The Directorate of General Supplies ( DGS ) of the Ministry of Finance ( MOF ) and for the benefit of the Palestinian Water Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply 5 Ton Double Cab Dropsied Tipper .

Public bidding will be conducted through a request for competitive bids Na tional in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law No.8 of 2014 and its Implementing Regulations and is open to all eligible bidders . 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Directorate of General Supplies ( DGS ) at the Ministry of Finance ( MOF ) of the PA and collect the bidding documents at the address stated in the BDS from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m . 5. A complete set of bidding documents may be by interested bidders for payment of a nonrefundable fee of 500 NIS , the bidding documents fee shall be paid to account of the Ministry of Finance under number ( 219000/49 ) / Bank of Pales tine , the payment receipt shall be attached to the submitted bid .
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:30 am , Monday 1/4/2024 . Electronic bidding will not be permitted . Bids must be valid for a period of 150 days from the final date for Bid Submission .

All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security with an amount of 2000 $ and is valid until 28/8/2024 .
8. Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the ad dress below .
