Enclosed is a Request for Expressions of Interest ( EOI ) . Creative invites qualified vendors and organizations to submit a qualification proposal for Basic Education Activity funded under USAID Cooperative Agreement No. 72029423CA00011 . This is not a Request for Quotation or Proposal , and in no way constitutes a commitment by Creative to execute any agreement or to pay any costs incurred by applicants that respond to this request . Vendors / Organizations will be required to indicate the specific supplies or services they want to be considered for as listed below as BEA Activities . Offerors will be required to submit relevant documentation to support their capacity in one or multiple activities .
Vendors / Organizations determined to be qualified will be notified and will be invited to submit Requests for Proposals / Request for Quotations ( RFPs ) ( / RFQ ) on a limited or full and competitive basis subject to certain activities being funded .
To be considered , Offerors should submit a complete expression of interest no later than the closing date and time indicated above . Proposals should be in English and according to the instructions provided .
Questions regarding this EOI will be considered only if submitted in writing and emailed to beaprocurement@crea-bea.com no later than March 17 , 2024. The solicitation number ( listed above ) should be stated in the subject line . Creative's responses to questions will be distributed by March 19 , 2024 .
Expressions of Interest must be comprised of one electronic copy the completed Application Form , one electronic copy of Table A , one electronic copy of a completed and signed cover letter and one electronic copy of Table B , accompanied by relevant documentation such as references , product catalogs and others . Emails must be labeled with the above - stated subject , subproject number and title .
