REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST For MRPs and MoA Staff Marketing Training ( Consulting Firms )

The Ministry of Agriculture has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development ( IFAD ) towards the cost of RELAP , and now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the services for MRPS and MoA Staff Marketing Training that is intended to build the capacity of project beneficiaries within the targeted governorate in Jenin , Nablus and Hebron .
More details about the expressions of interest , shortlisting criteria and the assignment Terms of Reference ( TOR ) can be can be obtained via relap@moa.pna.ps .
Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services .
Expressions of interest shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address below no later than April 08 , 2024 @ 10:00 am Jerusalem Time .
The consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the QCBS method set out in IFAD ' project procurement handbook that can be accessed via the IFAD website at https://www.ifad.org/en/-/ document / project - procurement - guidelines
