Invitation to Bid ( Grenoble and Bethlehem : Two « Living - Together >> Cities , the Heritage at The Service of The Social Cohesion ) Bethlehem Municipality Tender No. 21/2024
Bethlehem Municipality ( BM ) has received a grant from Agence Fran- çaise de Développement ( AFD ) through the Municipality of Grenoble in France , for the project " Grenoble and Bethlehem : Two « Living - Together >> Cities , The Heritage at The Service of The Social Cohesion " , which aims to preserving and promoting the intangible cultural heritage of the city of Bethlehem . In accordance to the specifications , and Conditions of Contract related to the project , all interested bidders should pursue the following bidding Conditions :
1. Eligible Bidders should be registered at the VAT and Customs department and should provide Bethlehem Municipality with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate .
2. The bidders should emphasize on previous experience concerning familiar fields of such projects .
3. A Bid Security of 1000 Euro should be submitted as bank guarantee valid for a period of 128 days starting from submitting day . Personal checks and or cash payments will not be accepted .
4. Prices provided should be VAT included , and bidders must submit VAT in- voice . Bidder should have a valid crafts license fees for the year 2024 . 5. Bethlehem Municipality will exclude any bid that has a lower techni- cal specification than requested .
6. Interested bidders can get bid documents from the Public Relations Department of Bethlehem Municipality starting from Saturday June 1,2024 in order to obtain required documents for a non - refundable fee of ( 50 Euro ) .
7. Eligible Bidders should submit their offers in a sealed envelope enclosed no later than Tuesday July 2 , 2024 to the Procurement and Bidding Department of Bethlehem Municipality at 11:00 a.m.
8. Bids opening session will be held on Tuesday July 2 , 2024 at Bethlehem Municipality at 11:00 a.m.
9. This tender is opened to bidders who are involved in the field of the Ten- der ( Implementation of a study on the different culture creative industries in Bethlehem ) and have experience in performing similar projects . 10. All expenses related to advertisement shall be paid by the suc- cessful bidder .
