Invitation for Bids Renovation and refurbishment
works at the YWCA lobby restrooms ( WC )

Project Name : IMPROVING PARTICIPATION AND SOCIAL COHESION / LOBBY RESTROOMS RENOVATION AND RE- HABILITATION WORKS AT JERUSALEM YWCA BUILDING SHEIKH JARAH - JERUSALEM
The Young Women's Christian Association of Jerusalem ( hereinafter called " Client " ) has received financing ( hereinafter called " the funds " ) to conduct renovation and refurbishment works at the YWCA lobby restrooms ( WC ) . " At the 1st floor of the YWCA building in Sheikh Jarrah -East Jerusalem . 1. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for " the of conduct renovation and refurbishment works at the YWCA lobby restrooms ( WC ) . "
2. The Young Women's Christian Association of Jerusalem now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of " renovation and refurbishment works at the at the YWCA lobby restrooms ( WC ) " .
3. Bidders should have an offical registartion
4. Bidders should submit the Tender in Euro currency and include tech- nicnal and financial offers .
5. Bidders shall provide companies profiles of similar accomplised projects , and experienced teams , and reference .
6. Bidders shall have the ability to work inside East Jerusalem both the technical team and the workers
7. Bidders should submit their bids that cover all sections of the bids ( Not to be separated ) partial bids shall be disqualified .
8. The tender or part of it shall not delegate to a third party after bid acceptance . 9. A complete set of the tender documents may be taken by interested Bidders from the Accounting department , YWCA of Jerusalem , 4 Ibn Jubeir St. in Sheikh Jarrah . During the following dates , 10/6/2024 until 12/6/2024 . Between 9:00 am and 16:00 p.m
10. Site visit will be conducted on Thursday 13/6/2024 at 15:00 pm . 11. Inquires of bidders to be sent by email to carmen@ywca-jerusalem.org no later than 16/6/2024 and answers will be provided by 19/6/2024 . 12. Bids signed and sealed with a hard copy as well a soft copy on USB must be delivered to the " Accounting department , YWCA of Jerusalem , 4 Ibn Jubeir St.in Sheikh Jarrah . " on or before 12:00 noon on 26/6/2024 , late offers will not be considered and must be accompanied by a bid security of Euro 4,000 ( Four Thousands Euros . In the form of Certified Bank Cheque or Bank Guarantee ) that will be valid 90 days after the bid opening .
