improvement project for Jalazone camp area Name of Project : Procurement of A Jet Flushing Truck and Spare Parts for a Jalazone Camp area
1. A Jalazone Popular Committee ( JPC ) has received funds from French side like Morlaix and the Agence Française de Développement ( the French Development Agency - AFD ) towards the cost of the program : Water supply and sewerage facilities improvement project for Al Jalazone camp area . It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for procurement of a Jet Flushing truck and spare parts .
2. JPC now invites sealed bids from eligible national and / or internal bidders for the procurement of one jet flushing truck and related spare parts ( " the Goods " ) .
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of : Attention : Jalazone Popular Committee ( JPC ) Mr Mosa Anber

4. A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained by interested bidders by sending a request e - mail to above address
5. Bids must be delivered to the address above on or before 12:00 Local time on 28th Of July 2024 and must be accompanied by bid security of 5000 Euros .
6. Bidders should pay non - refundable cost of 100 Euros at Bank of Palestine Ltd , Account >>>>> >>> . Each bid should contains the bank receipt of above payment . The bid that does not contains that bank receipt will be rejected at the opening session .
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders ' representatives who choose to attend at 12:00 Local time at the address specified above . 8. Qualification criteria are as follows : The Bidders must demonstrate
( a ) Present at least one similar project within the last five ( 5 ) years that have been successfully and substantially completed for goods that are similar to the proposed Goods and Related Services . ( b ) The offer should contains ALL the catalogs for each component ; then fail to present any catalog might lead to reject the offer .
( c ) The owner is not oblige to accept the lowest cost price
( d ) Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents .
9. The announcement cost at the local newspaper should be covered by the winner bidder .
