REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
For Developing and implementing a Capacity Building Training

Course for Farmers

( Consulting Firms )

The Ministry of Agriculture has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development ( IFAD ) towards the cost of RELAP , and now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the services for Developing and implementing a capacity building training course for farmers within the targeted governorate in Jenin , Nablus and Hebron .
More details about the expressions of interest , shortlisting criteria and the assignment Terms of Reference ( TOR ) can be obtained via relap@moa.pna.ps .
Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services .
Expressions of interest shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address below no later than August 07 , 2024 @ 10:00 am Jerusalem Time . The consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the QCBS method set out in IFAD ' project procurement handbook that can be accessed via the IFAD website at
