1. The Palestinian Liberation Organization has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Social Protection En- hancement Project ( SPEP ) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Supply of a fully Disaster Recovery IT Equipment needed for SPEP Data , and Supply of Web Application Firewall ( WAF ) needed for Data Security .
2. The Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of a fully Disaster Recovery IT Equipment needed for SPEP Data , and Supply of Web Application Firewall ( WAF ) needed for Data Security . 3. The bid is comprised of the following Three Lots : -Lot No. ( 1 ) : Supply of a fully Disaster Recovery IT Equipment Ref . No .: GZ - MOSD - 432543 - GO - RFB - A
-Lot No. ( 2 ) : Supply of Web Application Firewall ( WAF ) . Ref . No.:GZ-MOSD-432543 -GO - RFB - B
-Lot No. ( 3 ) : Supply of Laptops ; Wi - Fi Access Points ; and A.C Units Ref . No .: GZ - MOSD - 432543 -GO - RFB - C
4. Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts , as further defined in the request for bids document . Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so ; provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid . 5. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive pro- curement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " dated July 2016 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations .
6. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) - Eng . Wedad Malak- SPEP / Procurement Specialist - Mobile : 0598725251 , and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:00 am to 03:00 pm ( from Sunday to Thursday ) at the address given below 7. A complete set of bidding document in English may be collected by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application for free to the address below . The Bidding Documents will be available at Ministry of Social Development Headquarter .
8. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on Sept. 25 , 2024 , Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on Sept. 25 , 2024 @ 12:00 noon . 9. All Bids must be accompanied by a " Bid Security " of 6,000 USD for Lot ( 1 ) ; 2,000 USD for Lot ( 2 ) ; and 1,000 USD for Lot ( 3 ) . The bid security should be valid until 22/01/2025 ( 118 days after the bid submission deadline date ) for each lot .
10. Grant is VAT includedbidders to price with VAT .
