Undertaking the Mid - Term Evaluation
of the Rural Development Project -Phase II
1. Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) , Ein Misbah ( hereinafter called " Client " ) has received funding ( hereinafter called " the funds " ) from the French Development Agency ( hereinafter called " the Agency " ) toward the cost of the Rural Develop- ment Project in the Jordan Valley Area C - Phase II .
2. Ministry of Local Government ( MOLG ) now invite sealed bids from eligi- ble and qualified Consultants ( " Consulting Firms / Companies " Special- ized in Evaluating Large Scale Projects ) for Undertaking the Mid - Term Evaluation of the Rural Development Project -Phase II according to the terms and conditions in the RFP documents .
3. A complete set of RFP Documents can be obtained from Ministry of Lo-
cal Government- against non - refundable bid fees of 400 NIS to be paid at Bank of Palestine , account number ( 3212105 ) - at the address below , between 21th August , 2024 - 17th September , 2024 .
4. A Pre - conference meeting will be conducted on Monday 2nd September 2024 at 10:00 am at Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) -Ramallah 5. The consultants shall furnish as part of its bid , an Unconditional Bid Security / Certified Bank Check in the amount of EURO [ 1000 ] valid for 120 days from the deadline of bid submission date . Cash or personal checks are not accepted . 6. Quotation ( s ) shall remain valid for the period of Ninety ( 90 ) calendar days after the deadline for bid submission .
7. The winner will pay the advertising fees in local newspapers .
