INVITATION TO TENDER
Agricultural rehabilitation of cooperatives in Hebron , Ra- mallah , and Nablus , Ref # 7-2024
The Union of Agricultural Work Committees ( UAWC ) is implementing a project called " Empowering Women and Youth - Led Agricultural Cooperatives for Food Sovereignty and Justice " , which is funded by WE EFFECT . Within this project , UAWC announces a bid to conduct agricultural rehabilitation works for cooperatives in Hebron , Ramal- lah , and Nablus .
Those who are interested in applying for the above - mentioned tender should receive the tender's documents forms from one of UAWC's of- fices in Ramallah and Hebron for a sum of 50 $ non - refundable " for each copy " , between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm , starting from Thursday , 24/10/2024 ( Friday and Saturday are official days off ) until Thursday , 31/10/2024 . The bids shall be returned to UAWC's office - Ramallah , no later than Sunday 3/11/2024 at 12:00 pm . The bids will be opened on Sunday , 3/11/2024 at 1:00 pm in UAWC's Office in Ramallah .

Notes :

1. The advertisement fees should be paid by the winning bidder . 2. Bidders should provide the registration certificate and a valid deduction at source certificate or 10 % will be deducted .
3. The tender's currency is ILS and the winner bidder should provide a VAT invoice .
4. The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept- ing the lowest prices .
5. The Bidding Committee has the right to divide the tender ( BOQ ) into lots . 6. The bidder must submit a certified bank guarantee or a bank check that equals 5 % of the offered bid . This guarantee must remain valid for 90 days after the submission date of tenders . personal cheques will not be accepted ; otherwise , the tender will be neglected .
