Design & Supervision for the Improvement of Houses in Tubas & Al Jiftlik Clusters

1. Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) , Ein Misbah ( hereinafter called " Client " ) has received funding ( hereinafter called " the funds " ) from the French Development Agency ( hereinafter called " the Agency " ) toward the cost of the Rural Development Project in the Jordan Valley Area C - Phase II .
2. Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) now invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified Consultants . ( ' Engineering Consulting Firms with knowledge / skills in Civil and Architectural Engineering ' ) for Design & Supervision for the Improvement of Houses in Tubas & Al Jiftlik Clusters according to the terms and conditions in the RFP documents .
3. A complete set of RFP Documents can be obtained from Ministry of Local Government- against non - refundable bid fees of 400 NIS to be paid at Bank of Palestine , account number ( 3212105 ) - at the address below , between 28th October , 2024-26th November , 2024 . 4. A Pre - conference meeting will be conducted on Monday 11th No- vember 2024 at 10:00 am at Ministry of Local Government ( MOLG ) -Ramallah .
5. The consultants shall furnish as part of its bid , an Uncondition- al Bid Security / Certified Bank Check in the amount of EURO [ 1000 ] valid for 120 days from the deadline of bid submission date . Cash or personal checks are not accepted .
6. Quotation ( s ) shall remain valid for the period of Ninety ( 90 ) calen- dar days after the deadline for bid submission .
7. The winner will pay the advertising fees in local newspapers .
