Technology for Youth and Jobs Project - TechStart is a project for the benefit of the Ministry of Telecommu- nications and Digital Economy ( MTDE ) , funded by the World Bank ( WB ) , the European Union , the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation , and the Government of the Kingdom of Netherlands , and imple- mented by DAI Global UK as the Project Implementa- tion Agency ( PIA ) .
TechStart is soliciting Quotations from companies to de- liver and install equipment / hardware for the benefit of the beneficiary companies in the West Bank , per the terms , conditions , and instructions in the bidding document .
The procurement will fall under solicitation number : RFQ No .: RFQ - DAI - TS - 032-2024
Interested firms are asked to request the RFQ document by sending an e - mail to : techstart_procurement@dai.com stating the RFQ number in the e - mail subject . Request for the RFQ document must be received by no later than 4:00 PM on Sunday , December 15 , 2024 .
Quotations must be submitted by e - mail to techstart_pro- curement@dai.com no later than Monday , December 30 , 2024 , at 4:00 PM Ramallah time .
