1.The Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) for the benefit of Palestinian Electricity and Transmission Ltd ( PETL ) intends to apply part of the proceeds under Rehabilitation of connection points project financed by MOF toward payment under the Contract Supply of Electrical Materials for the Rehabilitation of connection points .
2.The Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) for the benefit of Palestinian Electricity and Transmission Ltd ( PETL ) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply of Materials for the Rehabilitation of connection points , and the bid includes the following lots :
LOT 1 : Switch Disconnectors , Auto Reclosers & Metering units
LOT 2 : Under - ground Cables and Accessories
LOT 3 : Overhead Line materials
LOT 4 : Steel Materials
The bidder may apply for one or more of these lots
3. Public bidding will be conducted through a request for competitive bids National " in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law No.8 of 2014 and its Implementing Regulations and is open to all eligible bidders . The required qualifications for the successful Bidder are specified in Section III of the bidding documents .
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm from Sunday to Thursday at the address given below or through the Public Procurement Portal ( https : //www.shiraa . gov.ps/ar-JO/ProcurementList ) .
5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address given below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of USD 100. The method of payment will be by deposit in the following bank account :

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday , 12th May 2025 , 12:00 PM ( Local Time ) . Electronic bidding will not be permitted . Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after the final date for Bid Submission .
7. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security with an amount of :
For LOT 1 : USD 25,000
For LOT 2 : USD 7500
For LOT 3 : USD 4200
For LOT 4 : USD 5800
and shall be valid for a period 30 days after the bid validity period ( after 150 days from the bid opening / bid submission date )
8.Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on Monday , 12th May 2025 , 12:00 PM ( Local Time ) 9. The address referred to above is :
