1. The Palestinian Energy & Natural Resources Authority intends to apply part of the proceeds under Project " Advancing Sustainability in Performance , Infrastructure , and Reliability of the Energy Sector in The West Bank and Gaza ( ASPIRE I ) " financed by the World Bank toward payment under the Contract " Supply of a Power Cable Testing and Fault Location System Including Van " No. GZ- PENRA - 481129 - GO - RFB .
2. The Palestinian Energy & Natural Resources Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of a Power Cable Testing and Fault Location System Including Van .
3. Public bidding will be conducted through a request for competitive bids [ National ] in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law No.8 of 2014 and its Implementing Regulations and is open to all eligible bidders . The required qualifications for the successful Bidder are : Availability of the Financial Capability and Technical Capacity and Experience as per the Post - qualification Requirements in section IV in the BDS .
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Palestinian Energy & Natural Resources Authority and inspect the bidding documents during office hours ( 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM ) from Sunday to Thursday at the address given below or through the Public Procurement Portal

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address given below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee [ 50 USD ] . The method of payment will be by deposit in the following bank account :

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday , 26th May 2025 , 12:00 PM . Electronic bidding will not be permitted . Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after the final date for Bid Submission .
6. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security with an amount of 11,300 USD and shall be valid for a period 30 days after the bid validity period ( or 150 days from the date of the bid submission date )
7. Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on Monday 26th May 2025 , 12:00 PM
