1. Sanabel Al Naser for Industry and Marketing Company is establishing a Supply , Installation , Testing , Commissioning , and Training for Powder Packaging Machine . Sanabel Al Naser for Industry and Marketing Company invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Supply , Installation , Testing , Commissioning , and Training for Powder Packaging Machine in Jenin West Bank - Palestine .
2. Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures and are open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the bid documents .
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the addresses below , and inspect the Bidding Documents at the addresses given below from 8:00 a.m. -15 : 00 p.m.
4. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than 5 % of bid price or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency valid for 90 days . The Bid Security is to be sealed in a separate envelope within the main sealed bid documents .
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before : 7/8/2025 at 12:00 pm ( Jerusalem Time ) . Electronic bidding will not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected .
