The Yabous Cultural Center ( hereinafter called " Client ) has received financing ( hereinafter called " the funds " ) toward the cost of Development and Rehabilitation of Facilities for Yabous Cultural Center - Jerusalem .
Project within the framework of the project " Action for East Jerusalem's identry and Resilience ( AR ) financed by the Agence Française de Développement ( APO ) and implemented by the NGO Development Center ( NDC ) It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds wil be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Development and Rehabilitation of Facilities for Yabous Cultural Center - Jerusalem .
1 The Yabous Cultural Center now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders who are officially registered for the construction and completion of Civil Works Wood works Metal Works for the stage and orchestra pt , Epoxy Coating Steel Supporting system for Curtains Steel Ladders for Rool Fixing Emergency and Exit Doors , Water Proofing for me Center's Roots for Faist Husseini Hall Mechanical Works ( New VRF System to cover most of the Center's Facilities as indicated in the BOQ and Drawings , Removing old Chiller System and Piping and adustments works of Air Handing Units and related electrical works including cabeling and wiring ( " the Works " ) .
2 Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Yabous Cultural Center Procurement Und at 10 Zahra Street . Telephone 02-6261045
3. Soft Bidding Documents ( USB ) may be purchased by interested Bidders from Yabous Offices at 10 Zara Street upon payment of a non - refundable fee of USD 200
4. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 18.08.2025 time 2 pm and must be accompanied by a security of Fifty Thousand New Israel Shekels ILS 50.000
5. Bidders can collect the bidding documents as of Wednesday , 30.07.2025 until Monday , 04.08.2025 , the site visit and bid conference chair be in Saturday , 00.08.2025 , time 10 am and the deadline for submission of bids shall be in no later than Saturday , 16.08.2025 , de 2 pm
Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend at time 2 pm in day of 16.08.2025 at the officers of Yabous Cultural Center
