Procurement of IT equipment
On behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development ( BMZ ) , Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusamme- narbeit ( GIZ ) has been operating in Palestine since the 1980s .
The " E - Governance in Palestine and the MENA region ( INDIGO II ) " project , commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development ( BMZ ) until 2027 , aims to promote citizen - centred , inclu- sive digital governance in Palestine .
In the Palestinian context , INDIGO cooperates with the Palestinian Ministry of Local Government ( MOLG ) , the Association of Palestinian Local Authori- ties ( APLA ) , the Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) , se- lected municipalities , as well as a wide range of civil society actors . Here , the focus lies on improving citizen - centred and inclusive digital services and innovative forms of citizen participation .
INDIGO II has three main components :
• Improved inclusive and citizen - centred eservice .
• Collaboration across all sectors .

Hereby , INDIGO II is inviting qualified local vendors to submit their quota- tions for IT equipment which will distributed to local Palestinian munici- palities located in the West Bank . All interested suppliers are encouraged to participate .
