Assignment Title : Adult ICU Staff Training .

The Ministry of Health has received funding from the Italian government to cover the costs of the RING project , and intends to use a portion of the proceeds for consultancy services in the field of training adult ICU staff .
Critical care services are essential for improving patient outcomes in hospitals . Strengthening the capacity of healthcare professionals in Intensive Care Unit ( ICU ) management is a priority to ensure effective handling of critical cases . This training program is designed to enhance the skills of ICU staff in line with international standards .
The consultancy ( Adult ICU Staff Training ) services include ;
Build the knowledge and practical skills of ICU staff .
Standardize ICU practices across Ministry of Health hospitals . Improve patient safety and quality of care .
Training Plan
Number of Sessions : 2 sessions
Duration per Session : 2 consecutive days ( total 4 days of training ) Participants : 20 participants per session
Venue : Ramallah
The consultant is expected to commence work immediately upon entry into force of the contract and maintain his ongoing involvement according to the work plan .
Trainers wishing to participate can obtain the terms of reference ( TOR ) for the assignment through the Ministry of Health's tenders website https://site.moh.ps/Index/Tenders/Language/ar , or through the Procurement Unit at the Ministry of Health / Nablus .
Trainers wishing to participate in the tender must purchase the tender from the Ministry of Health / Nablus for a non - refundable amount of 50 shekels before submitting the tender requirements .

The Ministry of Health is now inviting qualified institutions and individuals ( trainers ) willing to provide services to participate in the tender . Interested trainers must provide information demonstrating their qualifications and experience to provide the services .

Trainers , whether institutions or individuals , may collaborate with other institutions or individuals to enhance their qualifications , provided this is clearly stated in the proposal . All partners bear full responsibility for the contract if selected .

Trainers will be selected based on :
- a technical study of the training plan and the training staff , with 70 % of the tender score being determined by the technical evaluation .
-The submitted price , where 30 % of the bid score is determined by the financial evaluation based on the lowest submitted price .

The technical bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the bidder's name and address , and the financial bid shall be submitted in another sealed envelope bearing the bidder > s name and address . 5 .

Technical bids will be opened in a public session on Wednesday 15/10/2025 , and financial bids will be returned to the tender box . Financial bids will be opened in a public session to be announced later . The last date for submitting technical and financial offers will be Wednesday , 15/10/2025 , at 11:00 AM , in Procurement Unit at the Ministry of Health / Nablus .
