Short description of the goods / services tendered :
Palestine Red Crescent Society ( PRCS ) Hebron Branch / PRCS Specialized Hospital in Hebron is pleased to invite qualified and experienced service providers to submit sealed envelope bid for the above - mentioned tender . This competitive bidding process aims to ensure the highest quality of service and reliability for our healthcare operations . The selected service provider will be responsible for the routine maintenance , servicing , and emergency repairs of medical equipment , including but not limited to : diagnostic imaging devices , laboratory instruments , CSSD equipment and haemodialysis equipment , preventive and corrective maintenance , supply of necessary spare parts and consumables , and compliance with regulatory standards and best industry practices .

* Bid Documents Purchase Fees : Interested Bidders shall pay a non- refundable fees of ( EUR 100 ) at the address mentioned above .
* Request for clarifications shall be submitted via email no later than Thursday 06 November 2025
* Bid Submission Deadline Date & Time : Thursday 04 December 2025 , 02:00 pm Hebron Local Time
* Bid Prices shall be in Euro and VAT excluded
* Bid Validity Period : All Bids shall be valid for 120 days from the Bid Submission Closing date
* Bid Security : the Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Bank Security of ( EUR 5,000 ) and shall be valid for a period of a 150 days from Bid closing date * Advertisement Fees : the winning bidder shall pay the fees of the Newspaper advertisement
