Project Name : Extension & Development of Saint Joseph Hospital - Jerusalem./ Reallocation and Upgrade of Intensive Care Unit ( ICU ) .
1. SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL - JERUSALEM has received funds from Agence Française de Développement ( « AFD " ) & European Union ( " EU " ) towards the cost of Extension & Development of Saint Joseph Hospital - Jerusalem . It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract2 for Extension & Development of Saint Joseph Hospital - Jerusalem . / Reallocation and Upgrade of Intensive Care Unit ( ICU ) Department the SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL - JERUSALEM now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Reallocation and Upgrade of ICU Department . in short ( " the Works " ) . 2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of SAINT JOSEPH HOSPI- TAL - JERUSALEM , Sheikh Jarrah , Rageb Nashashibi street 1 , telephone , + 972-548611180 , Email : project.manager@stjoseph.cc
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 400 USD
4. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Condi- tions of Contract are the provisions of AFD > s Standard Bidding Documents : Procurement of Works .
5. Site visit and pre tender meeting will be conducted on November 05 , 2025 at 11:00 am . Mandatory attendance .
6. Any requests for clarification should be directed to the email address by November 13 , 2025 .
7. Bids must be delivered to the above office3 on or before 14:00 on No- vember 24 , 2025 and must be accompanied by bid security as specified ( 200,000 NIS valid for 120 days ) .
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders ' representatives who choose to attend at November 24 , 2025 , at 14:30 ( local time ) , at the offices of SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL - JERUSALEM .
9. Qualification criteria are as follows :
a ) The contractor must have a valid registration in the Israeli contractor's association , Minimum Officially Certified Category - 3 a for buildings ) / PAL Grade 2 , for Buildings officially registered in Jerusalem , classification according to local rules and regulations .
b ) The contractor must have a valid TAX RECORD .
c ) Contracting Company's C.V. including experience in similar projects . d ) The assessment of bidders ' administrative documents is mandatorily during the technical evaluation phase .
