1. Future For Plastic Pipe FPP is establishing a a new drip irrigation line . FPP invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders Supply and installation of Agricultural Irrigation Pipe- production line ABA in Palestine - Hebron- Dura
2. Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures and are open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the bid documents .
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the addresses below and inspect the Bidding Documents at the addresses given below from 8:00 a.m . -15 : 00 p.m Jerusalem Time .
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before : 27/11/2025 4:00 pm Jerusalem Time . Electronic bidding are permitted ( refer to bid instructions ) . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend , at both of the addresses below at the same time .
5. All bids must be accompanied by a duly signed Bid Securing Declaration in the form provided in the bidding documents . By submitting this declaration , the bidder commits to comply with the terms of the bid and acknowledges that failure to do so may result in disqualification and / or other remedies as provided in the bidding documents .
