Appendix : Invitation for Bids

1. The Bani Naim Municipality intends to apply part of the proceeds under the public budget2024 Supply and purchase of used Bobcat loader financed by toward payment under the Contracts Supply and purchase of used Bobcat loader BNM / bnm / 2025 / 015 .
2. The Bani Naim Municipality now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply and purchase of used Bobcat loader
3. Public bidding will be conducted through a request for competitive bids international in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law No.8 of 2014 and its Implementing Regulations and is open to all eligible bidders . The required qualifications for the successful Bidder are . 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Bani Naim Municipality and inspect the bidding documents during office hours [ insert beginning 8:00 am to end2 : 00pm of office hours ] from Saturday to Thursday at the address given below or through the Public Procurement Portal . A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address given below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee 300 shekels.newspaper advertising fees for the successful bidder .
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 29 / 11 / 2025at 11:00 am . Electronic bidding will not be permitted . Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after the final date for Bid opened .
6. All bids must be accompanied by " Bid Security with an amount of 5000 shekels and shall be valid for a period 30 days after the bid validity period " . 120 days after the final date for Bid Submission .
Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 29/11/2025 at 11:00 am .
