Purchasing and supplying of lighting & Flood Light fixtures for Manger Square

Bidding No .: 29/2025

Bethlehem Municipality ( BM ) has received a Grant from the Italian Agency for Development ( AICS ) , for the project " Bethlehem SMART City - Sustainable Management and Renewal of Technology in the city of Bethlehem " . This invita- tion is for purchasing and supplying of lighting & Flood Light fixtures for Manger Square . Technical Supervision will be conducted by Planning and Development Department at Bethlehem Municipality , in accordance to drawings , specifications , bill of quantities and Conditions of Contract related to the project . All interested bidders should pursue the following bidding Conditions :
Eligible Contractors should be registered at the VAT and Customs department and should provide Bethlehem Municipality with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate .
The tender documents are to be given for a non - refundable amount of ( 50 Euro ) , and this tender is opened for Contractors and Suppliers that are related to the field of the Tender and have performed similar projects in the last 3 years . The bidders should emphasize on previous experience concerning familiar fields of such projects .
Bid Securities of 700 Euro should be submitted as bank guarantee valid for a period of 128 days starting from submitting day . Personal checks and or cash payments will not be accepted .
Provided prices should be zero VAT , and bidders must submit zero VAT invoice , and should have a valid crafts license fees for the year 2025 .
Bethlehem Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest price .
Bidders interested in purchasing bid documents can get them from Bethlehem Municipality , starting on 05/11/2025
The pre - bid meeting shall be held at Bethlehem Municipality , on 21/11/2025 at 12:00 a.m. and followed by a site visit .
Eligible Contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope enclosed to the financial department in Bethlehem Municipality building no later than 09/12/2025 before 11:00 a.m.
Bids opening session will be held on 09/12/2025 at 11:00 a.m.
