" Supply of Local Wheat and Barley Seeds to Tubas , Bardala , and Atouf " , Ref # T10-2025
Al - Ard for Agricultural Development ( AL - ARD ) is a Palestinian civil society organi- zation that is implementing a Project entitled " Strengthening the resilience of small- scale farmers in the Jordan Valley and south Nablus region " project which is funded by Medico International . Within the framework of this project ; Al - Ard announces a bid to supply Local Wheat and Barley Seeds to Tubas , Bardala , and Atouf . Those who are interested in applying for the above - mentioned bid should receive the bid's documents forms Al - Ard's office in Ramallah or Hebron for a sum of 50 $ non - refundable " for each copy " , between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm , starting from Sunday , 23/11/2025 ( Friday and Saturday are official days off ) until Sunday , 30/11/2025 . The bids shall be returned to Al - Ard's office - Ramallah , no later than Monday 1/12/2025 at 12:00 pm . The bids will be opened on Monday , 1/12/2025 at 1:00 pm at Al - Ard's Office in Ramallah ( Al Bireh / Sateh Marhaba ) .
Notes :
1. The advertisement fees should be paid by the winner bidder .
2. Bidders should provide the regestiration certificate and a valid deduction at source or 10 % will be deducted .
3. The tender's currency is EURO and the winner bidder should provide a VAT exempted invoice .
4. The Procurement Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept the lowest prices .
5. The Procurement Committee reserves the right to divide the tender into lots . 6. All bidders must submit a certified bank guarantee or a bank check that equals 5 % of the offered bid . This guarantee must remain valid for 90 days after the submission date of tenders . personal cheques will not be accepted ; otherwise , the tender will be neglected .
