Extension & Development of Saint Joseph Hospital - Jerusalem [ CPS1285 ] .
OUT PATIENT BUILDING " CONSTRUCT , FINISH , & TESTING COMMISSIONING AND ALL RE LATED WORKS

1. SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL - JERUSALEM has received funds from Agence Française de Développement ( « AFD » ) & Qatar Fund for Development ( << QFFD « ) & European Union ( « EU » ) towards the cost of Extension & Development of Saint Joseph Hospital - Jerusalem . It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Exten- sion & Development of Saint Joseph Hospital - Jerusalem./Out Patient Building construct , finish & test - commissioning the building .
2. The SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL - JERUSALEM now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of construction of 11 story building of which five stories for underground parking , and six stories above ground clinics , MRI , classrooms and offices , etc. in short ( << the Works >> ) . 3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL - JERUSALEM , Sheikh Jarrah , Rageb Nashashibi street 12 , telephone , + 972-54 86 111 80 , Email : project.manager@stjoseph.cc Eng . 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 1,000 USD .
5. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of AFD > s Standard Bidding Documents : Procurement of Works . 6. Site visit and pre tender meeting will be conducted on December 18 , 2025 at 11:00 am . Mandatory attendance . Any requests for clarification should be directed to the email address by January 13 , 2026 .
7. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 13:00 on January 27 , 2026 and must be accompanied by bid security as specified
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders ' representatives who choose to attend at January 28 , 2026 @ 10:00 am at the offices of SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL JERUSALEM .

9. Qualification criteria are as follows :

a ) The contractor must have a valid registered in the Israeli contractor's as- sociation , with a ( ( 5a classification according to local rules and regulations . And / or similar international construction companies and similar qualification characteristics for the international or other companies .
b ) The contractor must have a valid TAX RECORD .
c ) Contracting Company's C.V. including experience in similar projects .
d ) The Minimum Technical and Financial Qualification Criteria are available at the link below .
