Procurement of Microcredentials Providers for Developing the Competencies and Skills of Palestinian Youth within
Promising Sectors in Palestine
Taawon invites qualified and accredited local institutions to submit techni- cal and financial proposals for the delivery of Accredited Microcredentials Programs under the Learn to Lead Program , Funded by The Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development ( the Arab Fund )
The program aims to enhance the skills and competencies of Palestinian youth in alignment with the evolving labor market , through internationally recognized short - term certifications in both cross - sectoral and sector- specific areas .
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements :

Legally registered in Palestine with a valid tax number . Have the capacity to provide internationally accredited certificates from recognized academic or professional institutions . Prices are quoted in US dollars ( USD ) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax ( VAT ) . The Applicants is required to issue official zero - rated VAT invoices .
Preliminary meeting
Taawon shall hold a preliminary meeting with all Applicants participat- ing in the tender on 4-12-2025 at 12:00 pm , The purpose of this meeting is to provide an overview of the tender and to address any questions or clarifications from the participating Applicants

Interested applicants may obtain the RFQ documents by sending an email to Procurement@taawon.org indicating ( Micro credentials TOR ) in the subject line , no later than 3-12-2025
Application Procedures
Interested applicants are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelope , and delivered no later than 11-12-2025 at 12:00 pm to : Taawon -Al Nahda Square , Canada St , Ramallah
