Supply of Livestock ( Sheep )
1. Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) , Ein Misbah ( hereinafter called " Client " ) has received funding ( hereinafter called " the funds " ) from the French Development Agency ( hereinafter called " the Agency " ) toward the cost of the Rural Development Project in the Jordan Valley - Phase II .
2. Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) now invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified Suppliers / Companies , registered locally , related to field of work according to the eligibility criteria of applicants in the RFQ documents for Supply of Livestock ( Sheep ) according to the terms and conditions in the RFQ documents .
3. A complete set of RFQ Documents can be obtained from Ministry of Local Government- against non - refundable bid fees of 400 NIS to be paid at Bank of Palestine , account number ( 3212105 ) at the address below , between 14th December , 2025-05th January , 2026 .
4. A Pre - bid meeting will be conducted on Tuesday 23th December 2025 at 11:00 am at Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) -Ramallah .
5. The contractors shall furnish as part of its bid , an Unconditional Bid Security / Certified Bank Check in the amount of EURO [ 7,000 ] valid for 120 days from the deadline of bid submission date . Cash or personal checks are not accepted . 6. Quotation ( s ) shall remain valid for the period of Ninety ( 90 ) calendar days after the deadline for bid submission .
7. The winner will pay the advertising fees in local newspapers .
