1. Ibn Khaldoun Printing and Trade Co. is expanding its printing works Ibn Khaldoun Printing and Trade Co. invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders Supply and installation of Digital Label Printing System ( Dry - Toner Label Press ) in Tulkarem

2. Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures and are open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the bid documents .
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the addresses below and inspect the Bidding Documents at the addresses given below from 8:00 a.m. -15 : 00 p.m Jerusalem Time .
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before January 22 , 2026 , before 12:00 noon Jerusalem Time . Electronic bidding are permitted ( refer to bid instructions ) . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend , at both of the addresses below at the same time .
5. All bids must be accompanied by a duly signed Bid Securing Declaration in the form provided in the bidding documents . By submitting this declaration , the bidder commits to comply with the terms of the bid and acknowledges that failure to do so may result in disqualification and / or other remedies as provided in the bidding documents .
