Subject : Second Publication - Invitation to tender for the procurement of One Vehicle

Dear Suppliers ,

Palestinina Wastwater Engineering Group ( PWEG ) invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of one ( 1 ) brand new SUV under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme titled Mediterranean initiative to Regenerate wastewater Sludges for Optimal Use towaRd a Circular Economy - MedRESOURCE - A_T_2.3_0368 .
All quotations must be in EURO exempted from customs and VAT and submitted by the due dates and times stated below . Any quotation received after the required time and date specified for receipt shall be considered late and non - responsive . Late quotations will not be evaluated .

A. This letter of invitation to tender B. Annex 1 - Instructions to tenderers C. Annex 2- Technical Specifications D. Annex 3 - Draft contract
E. Annex 4 - Tender form -to be completed by the bidder
PWEG encourages Suppliers to indicate their interest in this procurement by submit- ting a tender according to the instructions contained within this invitation . PWEG will make an award to the responsible tenderer submitting a tender which provides the best value to the project .
To be considered , Suppliers should submit a complete tender no later than January 6,2026 , 13:00 PM Palestine time . Offerors should ensure that the tender is well- written in English , follows the instructions provided , and contains only requested information and forms .
We look forward to receiving your tender which has to be submitted no later than the submission deadline mentioned in the contract notice .
By submitting a tender , you accept to receive notification of the outcome of the procedure by electronic means . Such notification shall be deemed to have been received by you on the date upon which the PWEG sends it to the electronic address you referred to in your offer .
If you decide not to submit a tender , we would be grateful if you could inform us in writing , stating the reasons for your decision .
