Supply of Irrigation Network for the Benefit of Mari Ghazal Cooperative for Dates Production & Marketing

1. Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) , Ein Misbah ( hereinafter called " Client " ) has received funding ( hereinafter called " the funds " ) from the French Development Agency ( hereinafter called " the Agency " ) toward the cost of the Rural Development Project - Phase II .
2. Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) now invite sealed bids from eligible bidders ( Agricultural Supplies Companies / Agricultural Contractors / General Trade Firms ) for Supply of Irrigation Network for the Benefit of Marj Ghazal Cooperative for Dates Production & Marketing ( " the Goods " ) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Bidding Documents .
3. A complete set of RFQ Documents can be obtained from Ministry of Local Government at the address below- against non - refundable bid fees of 400 NIS to be paid at Bank of Palestine , account number ( 3212105 ) between 04th January , 2026-27th January , 2026 .
4. A Pre - conference meeting will be conducted on Monday , 19th January , 2026 at 11:00 am at Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) - Ramallah
5. The bidders shall furnish as part of its bid , an Unconditional Bid Security / Certified Bank Check in the amount of EURO [ 1700 ] valid for 120 days from the deadline of bid submission date . Cash or personal checks are not accepted .
6. Quotation ( s ) shall remain valid for the period of Ninety ( 90 ) calendar days after the deadline for bid submission .
7. The winner will pay the advertising fees in local newspapers .
