Invitation to Bid ( Grenoble and Bethlehem : Two << Living - Together » Cities , the Heritage at The Service of The Social Cohesion ) for Project Technical Evaluation Bethlehem Municipality

Bethlehem Municipality ( BM ) has received a grant from Agence Française de Développement ( AFD ) through the Municipality of Grenoble in France , for the project " Grenoble and Bethlehem : Two << Living - Together » Cities , The Heritage at The Service of The Social Cohesion " , which aims to preserving and promoting the intangible cultural heritage of the city of Bethlehem . In ac- cordance to the specifications , and Conditions of Contract related to the project , all interested bidders should pursue the following bidding Conditions :
1. Eligible bidders should be registered at the VAT and Customs department and should provide Bethlehem Municipality with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate .
2. The bidders should emphasize on previous experience concerning familiar fields of such projects .
3. Prices provided should be VAT included , and bidders must submit VAT invoice .
4. Bethlehem Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest price .
5. Interested bidders can get bid documents from the Planning and Devel- opment Department of Bethlehem Municipality starting from Monday 12/01/2026 from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm .
6. Eligible bidders should submit their offers in a sealed envelope enclosed no later than Thursday 22/01/2026 before 11:00 a.m.
7. Bids opening session will be held on Thursday 22/01/2026 at Bethlehem Municipality at 11:00 a.m.
8. This tender is opened to bidders who are involved in the field of the Tender ( Implementation of a Technical Evaluation for development cooperation ) and have experience in performing similar projects 9.
