Integrated Capacity Building Program for Women and Youth Economic Empowerment - Basic Management Training and Regional Study Tours to Jordan and Turkey
Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) , Ein Misbah ( hereinafter called " Client " ) has re- ceived funding ( hereinafter called " the funds " ) from the French Development Agency ( here- inafter called " the Agency " ) toward the cost of the Rural Development Project - Phase II .

Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) now invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified Consultants ( " Consulting Firms ' ) for Integrated Capacity Building Program for Women and Youth Economic Empowerment - Basic Management Training and Regional Study Tours to Jordan and Turkey . according to the terms and conditions in the RFP documents .
A complete set of RFP Documents can be obtained from Ministry of Local Government- against non - refundable bid fees of 400 NIS to be paid at Bank of Palestine , account number ( 3212105 ) - at the address below , between 27th January , 2026-17h February , 2026 .
A Pre - conference meeting will be conducted on Wednesday 04th February , 2026 at 10:00 am at Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) -Ramallah The consultants shall furnish as part of its bid , an Unconditional Bid Security / Certified Bank Check in the amount of EURO [ 5000 ] valid for 120 days from the deadline of bid submission date . Cash or personal checks are not accepted . Quotation ( s ) shall remain valid for the period of Ninety ( 90 ) calendar days after the deadline for bid submission .
The winner will pay the advertising fees in local newspapers .
