Solar System Project

Macuco Storage Solution invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the tender for the Supply , Installation , Testing , and Commissioning of a Solar System Project in Rawabi City . Interested bidders wishing to participate in this tender must comply with the following conditions : 1. Eligibility Requirements : Bidders must be legally registered and licensed contractors with relevant authorities and must have proven experience in solar energy systems and related works . All supporting registration and qualification documents must be submitted with the bid .
2. Obtaining Tender Documents : Tender documents may be obtained from Macuco Storage Solution offices during official working hours ( 9:00 AM - 5 : 00 PM ) , starting from [ 10/03/2026 ] until [ 22/03/2026 ] .
3. Bid Security : Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of USD 35,000 ( Thirty- Five Thousand United States Dollars ) , valid for 148 days from the bid submission deadline , in accordance with the requirements of the tender documents .
The Bid Security must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope enclosed within the main bid envelope .
4. Site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : A mandatory site visit and pre - bid meeting will be held on [ 24/03/2026 ] at [ 11:00 am ] at the project site in Rawabi City .
Bidders are required to inspect the site to fully understand the scope of work and site conditions prior to submission .

5. Submission of Bids : Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below no later than

[ 08/04/2026 ] at [ 1:00 pm ] .

Late submissions will not be accepted . Electronic submissions will not be permitted .

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders ' representatives who choose to attend at the same address immediately after the submission deadline .
6. Clarifications : Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email no later than [ 25/03/2026 ] .
Responses to inquiries will be issued in writing on [ 30/3/2026 ] .
7. Review of Delivery Location : Bidders are required to review and verify the delivery and installation location prior to submission of bids .
8. Withdrawal of Participation : Any bidder wishing to withdraw from the tender process after obtaining the tender documents must submit an official letter stating the reasons for withdrawal .
