Finishing Works at the Shepherd's Field General Surgery and Maternity hospital -Beit Sahour Cooperative Society for Health Welfare
1. Beit Sahour Cooperative Society for Health Welfare have received a Grant from Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development- Palestinian Emergency Fund ( Grant No. 23 / HS - 01 ) , towards the cost of Finishing Works at the Shepherd's Field general surgery hospital and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under this Contract . Bidding is open to all bidders from eligible source countries .
2. Beit Sahour Cooperative Society for Health Welfare invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Finishing Works at the Shepherd's Field general surgery hospital . The delivery / construction period is three ( 4 ) months .
3. Bidding documents on compact disc may be purchased on compact disc at address listed herein below for a nonrefundable fee of US $ 100or its equivalent in a freely - convertible currency , for each set . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Khader Kokaly , Mobile : 0599385992- , Email : kkokaly @ shepherd-hospital.org . at the address given below from 8.00 AM to 2.00 PM . 4. Qualifications requirements include :
a ) Eligibility as in Section I , Instructions to Bidders , Clause 4 ;
b ) Submission of audited balance sheets or if not required by the law of the bidder's country , other financial statements acceptable to the Employer , for the last Five [ 5 ] years to demonstrate the current soundness of the bidders financial position and its prospective long term profitability .
c ) Minimum average annual turnover of US $ 1,000,000 ( one million US Dollars ) , calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed , within the last Ten ( 10 ) years ;
d ) Participation as contractor , management contractor , or subcontractor , in at least One ( 1 ) contracts within the last Seven ( 7 ) years , each with a value of at least US $ 1,000,000 ( One million US Dollars ) , that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed Works . The similarity shall be based on the physical size , complexity , methods / technology or other characteristics as described in Section VI , Employer's Requirements ; e ) For the above or other contracts executed during the period stipulated above , a minimum experience in the following key activities :
1. Medical Gases and Equipment ( similar to the required under this tender ) f ) Contract Manager with ten years ' experience in works of an equivalent nature and volume , including no less than five years as Manager ; and
g ) liquid assets and / or credit facilities , net of other contractual commitments and exclusive of any advance payments which may be made under the Contract , of no less than US $ 50,000 .

5. Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by security of US $ 7,000 or its equivalent in a convertible currency , and shall be delivered to the address listed herein below on or before April 18th , 2026 at 12:00 a.m. local time , at which time they will be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend .
6. Pre - bid meeting for contractors will take place on April 4th , 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the address below followed by a site visit .
7. The advertising fees will be paid by the winning bidder .
