Procuring Entity : The Palestinian Employment Fund ( PEF ) Assignment name : Appointment of an External Auditor for the PEP / SO3 Project

1. The Palestinian Employment Fund ( PEF ) intends to apply part of the proceeds under Skills For Employment Project financed by Enabel toward payment under the Contract Appointment of an External Auditor for the PEP / SO3 Project PEF / Enabel / 2026 / 003 , ( hereinafter called " the Services " ) . More information on the Terms of Reference is included in the Request for Proposal ( RFP ) document .
2. PEF now invites sealed proposals from eligible consultants for the External Auditor for the PEP / SO3 Project . The required qualifications of the successful consultant are specified in the RFP document .
3. A Consultant will be selected under Least - Cost Selection ( " LCS " ) in accordance with the procedures described in the RFP , and the provisions of the Public Procurement Law No.
8 of 2014 its Implementing Regulations .
4. Interested eligible consultants may inspect the RFP through
the Public Procurement Portal , and obtain further information from PEF during office hours 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday at the address given below .
5. Proposals must be delivered to the address below on or before 03.05.2026 11:00 a.m. Electronic proposals will not be permitted . Proposals must be valid for a period of 90 days after the final date for Proposal Submission . Late proposals will be rejected .
