Procurement of IT Equipment & Upgrade of Data Center at GACA
1. Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) , Ein Misbah ( hereinafter called " Client " ) has received funding ( hereinafter called " the funds " ) from the French Development Agency ( hereinafter called " the Agency " ) toward the cost of the Rural Development Project - Phase II .
2. Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) now invite sealed bids from eligible bidders ( ' IT / Communications / Technology Firms Specialized in Supplying of IT Equipment ' ) for Procurement of IT Equipment & upgrade of Data Cetner at the General Authority for Civil Affairs ( GACA ) ( " the Goods " ) according to the terms and conditions in the Bidding documents .
3. A complete set of RFQ Documents can be obtained from Ministry of Local Government - against non - refundable bid fees of 400 NIS to be paid at Bank of Palestine , account number ( 3212105 ) - at the address below , between 06th April 2026 - 25th April , 2026 ( due to current security situation and closures , please call 0593575863 in advance prior to coming to MoLG to coordinate receipt of bid documents ) .
4. A Pre - conference meeting will be conducted on Tuesday 14th April 2026 at 10:00 am at General Authority for Civil Affairs ( GACA ) - Ramallah
5. The consultants shall furnish as part of its bid , an Unconditional Bid Security / Certified Bank Check in the amount of EURO [ 2500 ] valid for 120 days from the deadline of bid submission date . Cash or personal checks are not accepted .
6. Quotation ( s ) shall remain valid for the period of Ninety ( 90 ) calendar days after the deadline for bid submission .
