The project , financed by KfW , aims to provide a Consulting Services for Capacity - Building for Banks ( Bank of Palestine , Safa Bank , Arab Islamic Bank , and Palestine Investment Bank ) to strengthen credit analysis skills , enhance understanding of financial tools , and improve competencies in credit risk assessment and non - performing loan management .
The time schedule for this project is three to four months after contract signature .
