Supply and Build Photovoltaic system to serve the Al - Bireh Municipal Park building in Al- Bireh

1. The Al - Bireh Municipality intends to apply part of the proceeds under the public budget , financed by [ Government of India ] , toward payment under the Contract for Supply and Build Photovoltaic system to serve the Al - Bireh Municipal Park building in Al- Birch , under Bidding Process Number : BirMun / Bir / RFP / 2026 / 14 . 2. Al - Birch Municipality now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply and Build Photovoltaic system to serve the Al - Birch Municipal Park building in Al - Birch .
3. Public bidding will be conducted through a request for competitive bids in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law No.8 of 2014 and its Implementing Regulations and is open to all eligible bidders . The required qualifications for the successful Bidder are must have at least 3 years of experience in this field ,
It must have similar projects with a capacity of 60 kilowatts or more .
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Al - Birch Municipality and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 8:00 am -3 : 00 pm from Sunday to Thursday at the address given below .
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address given below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee 100 $ .
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 pm -Monday- 15/06/2026 . Electronic bidding will not be permitted . Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after the final date for Bid Submission .
6. All bids must be accompanied by Bank Bid Security with an amount 1500 $ and shall be valid for 150 days after the bid validity period .
Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 12:00 pm -Monday- 15/06/2026
