Training and Mentorship Programme

The Ramallah & Al - Bireh Chamber of Commerce and Industry announces its intention to solicit proposals from qualified individual consultants to implement a training and mentorship program : " Increasing Employment Opportunities for University Graduates towards the Digital World . " The project is part of the Access to the Labor Market program funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development ( BMZ ) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ( GIZ ) .

Scope of Work :

The consultancy includes the design and delivery of a comprehensive training and mentorship programme in Arabic covering the following components : Theoretical training ( 10 days ) :
о Digital marketing fundamentals and MSME strategies . Practical & technical training ( 5 days ) :
Applied digital tools and techniques .
Creative training ( 5 days ) :
о Content development and storytelling . Media production training ( 5 days ) :
о Photography , videography , and graphic design basics . Mentorship program ( 7 days ) :
о Prepare digital experts to support MSMEs in digital marketing . Duration of consultancy :
From July 1 , 2026 to August 30 , 2026 , with a total of 32 working days . Required Qualifications :
Applicants should meet the following requirements :
Professional certification in digital marketing with alongside a

bachelor's degree .

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in delivering digital

marketing training .

At least 1 year of experience in business mentoring for SMEs . Strong skills in creative content development tools .
Solid technical proficiency in digital marketing platforms ( e.g. , Meta ) . Submission Requirements :
