The GIZ Office invites qualified and experienced travel agencies to submit proposals for the provision of comprehensive airline ticketing and travel management services for its office , programs , and partners . Services shall include ticket quotation , reservation , issuance , billing , itinerary planning , rebooking , cancellations , refunds , and the provision of suitable travel alternatives in accordance with the Terms of Reference . Interested firms with demonstrated expertise in corporate and institutional travel services are encouraged to apply .

Quotations should be sent to the email PS_Quotation@giz.de no later than 29.06.2026 at 23:59 P.M. Bids submitted in original or to a different email address will be refused . Late offers will not be considered .
