The envelopes must be submitted only by hand delivery , by the participant in person or by an agent directly to the premises of the contracting authority . The deadline for submission of the applica- tions is August 10th , 2026 at 11:59 AM , at John Paul II Foundation Office , Bethlehem , Hebron Jerusalem Street . The deadline has to be considered as a fix term and JPII will not accept any delays and any submission after applicant receives after this deadline will not be considered .
