Project Background

The GIZ Programme for Access to the Labour Market ( PALM ) II , funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development ( BMZ ) , aims to strengthen the Palestinian labour market . It focuses on improving employment access and enhancing service delivery by aligning the capacity of partner institutions with the needs of both job seekers and the private sector .
Enhancing employability , strengthening labour market institutions , and fostering inclusive economic participation ( including wage and self - employment pathways ) . Target Demographics : Job - seeking Palestinians , with a dedicated focus on university graduates , women , and persons with disabilities

Requirements

Procurement of Home Gardening Materials and Installation Services
The GIZ ) GmbH invites qualified , locally registered suppliers to submit proposals for the Home Gardening Initiative in the Nablus Governorate ( 4 location ) in cooperation with Beita Women Development Society

Core Deliverables :

1. Provision of high - quality seeds and robust seedlings tailored for home gardens .
2. Execution of all necessary installation workmanship across designated villages . Interested companies can download the public tender documents starting from 15th July 2026 to 27th July 2026 from the GIZ tendering website https://tender.gizpal.ps .
Quotations should be sent to the email PS_Quotation@giz.de no later than 30th July 2026 at 23:59 . Bids submitted in original or to a different email address will be refused . Late offers will not be considered .
