Invitation for Bid ( Rehabilitation Works of the Eastern Area of the Gross Market In Bethlehem - Via the project " AKLI BALADI " in the District of Bethlehem , Bethlehem , Palestine Project No. ( CUP C22D25000020001 ) Tender No. 19/2026
Bethlehem Municipality ( BM ) has received a Grant from the Italian Agency Cooperation Development ( AICS ) for the project AKLI BALADI : Local Food Policies for Italian and Palestinian , ( Project No. CUP C22D25000020001 ) , technical supervision will be conducted by Bethlehem Municipality . In accord- ance to the specifications , and Conditions of Contract related to the project , all interested bidders should pursue the following bidding Conditions : 1. Eligible contractors and Suppliers should be registered at the VAT and Customs department and should provide Bethlehem Municipality with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate . 2. The bidders should emphasize on previous experience concerning familiar fields of such projects .
3. Bid Securities of 2000 Euro should be submitted as bank guarantee valid for a period of 128 days starting from submitting day . Personal checks and or cash payments will not be accepted .
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Bethlehem Municipality , Arch . Ziad Alsayeh , during office hours ( 08:00 am to 14:00 pm ) on 182026 / 07 / .
5. Provided Prices should be VAT excluded , and bidders must submit zero VAT invoice .
6. Bethlehem Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest price . 7. Interested bidders can get bid documents from Bethlehem Municipality , starting from Saturday 182026 / 07 / in order to obtain required documents for a non - refundable fee of ( 50 Euro ) .
8. Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope enclosed no later than Tuesday 21/08/2026 before 12:00 noon . 9. Bids opening session will be held on Tuesday 21/08/2026 at Bethlehem Municipality at 12:00 noon .
10. The contractor must provide performances in English and accompanied by a technical document .
