The Deutsche Gesellschaft für International Zusammenarbeit ( GIZ ) GmbH -Palestine Office invites qualified and eligible local hotel service providers to submit an Expression of Interest for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for the provision of accommodation , meeting , event , and catering services in Ramallah .
Through this Expression of Interest , interested and eligible service providers are invited to demonstrate their qualifications , experience , and capacity to deliver these services . The purpose of this EOI is solely to identify and prequalify eligible service providers . Prequalified providers may subsequently be invited to participate in a competitive procurement process , during which the detailed Terms of Reference and solicitation documents will be issued .
Interested bidders can download the expression of interest documents starting from 16.07.2026 to 25.07.2026 from the GIZ tendering website https://tender.gizpal.ps .
Expression of Interest documents should be sent to the email PS Quotation@giz.de no later than 28.07.2026 before 23:59 P.M. Bids submitted in original or to a different email address will be refused . Late offers will not be considered .
