Project Background
The Technical Cooperation Project Strengthening a Demand - Oriented Technical and Vocational Education and Training ( DOTVET II ) is part of the German development programme Sustainable Economic Development , Employment Promotion , and Education . Commissioned by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development ( BMZ . DOTVET II aims to enhance the TVET system in Palestine by aligning it with the labor market , facilitating young people's entry into the job market . It collaborates with educational institutions , the private sector , and government bodies to develop demand - oriented vocational education and training programs .

Requirements

Output three of the Project supports selected TVET institutions to become model institutions for cooperative training in TVET . To that end , DoTVET provides equipment and expertise . This call for offers solicits qualified and experienced companies to supply de - registered vehicles ( Hybrid and Electric ) to three TVET institutions in the West Bank to be used for training purposes .
Interested companies can download the public tender documents starting from 25th July 2026 to 4th August 2026 from the GIZ tendering website https://tender.gizpal.ps .
Quotations should be sent to the email PS_Quotation@giz.de no later than 07th August 2026 at 23:59 . Bids submitted in original or to a different email address will be refused . Late offers will not be considered .
