procurement and delivery of one complete Water Tanker Truck Tender No. 33/2026
1. Bethlehem Municipality ( BM ) in the State of Palestine as project partner of the City of Cologne under the project " Tangible Assets for Municipal Services " , has received funding from ENGAGEMENT GLOBAL with funds from the BMZ for the activity " Procurement of a Water Tank Truck " . Bethlehem Municipality intends to apply the relevant project funds to payments under the contract for the procurement and delivery of one complete water tanker truck .
2. Bethlehem Municipality ( BM ) now invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified tenderers for Procurement of a Water Tank Truck , Tender no . 33/2026 .
3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from Bethlehem Municipality and inspect the Tendering Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am - 1 : 00 pm . Noticing that the truck must be delivered before 15/12/2026 .
4. Qualification's requirements include : technical , financial and legal requirements as detailed in the tendering documents .
5. A complete set of Tendering Documents in [ English ] may be purchased for a non- refundable fee of ( 100 Euro ) by interested tenderers at the Financial Department at Bethlehem Municipality . The method of payment will be cash . The Tendering Documents will be available for collection at the Financial Department at Bethlehem Municipality .
6. Tenders must be delivered to the Procurement and Bidding Department at Bethlehem Municipality before 12:00 noon 15/09/2026 . Electronic tendering will not be permitted . Late tenders will be rejected . Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers ' representatives who choose to attend in person at Bethlehem Municipality -Meeting Hall - Third Floor at 12:00 noon 15/09/2026 .
7. Bethlehem Municipality invites eligible bidders to submit sealed tenders for the execution of the " Procurement of a Water Tank Truck " in the District of Bethlehem , Bethlehem , Palestine " and the tender includes the following lots :

8. The tender must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the amount of EUR 3000 . The Tender Security shall remain valid for at least 90 days from the tender submission deadline .
2 .
The successful tenderer shall provide a Performance Security
equal to 10 % of the Contract Price in accordance with the Tendering Documents .
9. The Contract will be awarded to the substantially responsive tenderer that meets all mandatory qualification and technical requirements and submits the lowest evaluated total tender price .
