Tender RFQ nr . 7000023358 : Procurement of Pick Ups The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ( GIZ ) GmbH is a federal enterprise with worldwide operations . GIZ supports the German Government in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development . Additionally , GIZ is also engaged in international education activities around the globe . Through our work we assist people and societies in shaping their own future and improving living conditions . On behalf of the German Federal Foreign Office , the GIZ project " Support for the Palestinian Civil Defense " is supporting the Palestinian Civil Defence ( PCD ) in their mandate to provide professional disaster and emergency responses and protect the Palestinian People and their livelihoods from natural and man- made disasters and other emergencies .
GIZ is seeking to procure two ( 2 ) Skid Steer and two ( 2 ) Backhoe Loader for the Palestinian Civil Defense to support them in their mandate . Tender RFQ Nr . 7000023354 .
In addition to , GIZ is seeking to procure Seven ( 7 ) Medium pickups and Two ( 2 ) Heavy Rapid Response Pickups for the Palestinian Civil Defense to support them in their mandate . Tender RFQ nr . 7000023358 .

The offers must be submitted in two sealed envelopes : one containing the technical offer and the datasheet and the other one containing the financial offer only . Tender number must be written on each envelopes .
Submissions must be delivered to the GIZ Office address - German House , Abdullah Jodah Street , Al - Balou ' , Albireh .
Submission deadline is 19th September 2026 .
