" Local Governance Reform Programme ( LGRPIII ) " Request for Quotation
Support the expansion of MDLF's archiving facility The Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ( GIZ ) is execut- ing the Local Governance Reform Program ( LGRPIII ) funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Develop- ment ( BMZ ) to support the improvement of various national service providers according to the citizen's needs . To contribute to the efforts of improving local government sector actors ' performance , GIZ - LGRPIII is willing to support the Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) to scale up and upgrade the archiving facility in line with the organization's growing business needs and increased volume of records and documentation .
The support is in light with the ongoing institutional growth and expansion of MDLF operations , increasing need to further expand the existing archiving facility to ensure efficient document man- agement , institutional memory preservation , and compliance with administrative and operational requirements
Qualified suppliers are hereby invited to submit their quotations for the provision of the listed specified items .
