ACTION AGAINST HUNGER
INVITATION TO QUOTATION Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children , women and men . Established in France in 1979 , Action Against Hunger is a nongovern mental , non - political , non - religious , non - profit organization . Action Against Hunger has been working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002 . Action Against Hunger , would like to invite eligible contractors to submit their price offers for supply and delivery of components & fittings for electricity network in East West Bank ( Publication Reference : PI - HB - 01596 ) , according to the following conditions :
Eligible contractor should be registered with the VAT and customs department and has the ability to provide Zero VAT invoice to Action Against Hunger with their VAT Number registration and financial clearance certificate . Eligible contractor can obtain quotation request documents from Action Against Hunger Hebron office - Hebron University Street , Bilal Maraqa Build ing 4th floor , or by sending an email to rowaywi@pt.acfspain.org starting from Wednesday , April 13th , 2022 , at 12:00 am ( local time of the Palestin ian Territory ) . The last day to distribute quotation requests documents is on Tuesday , 26th April 2022 at 3:00 pm ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) , office hours during Ramadan are from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm - Sunday to Thursday . Please note that the office will be closed from 17th of April 2022 until 18th of April , 2022 . Interested contractors on the aforementioned quotation should pro vide Action Against Hunger with all requested documents before having the quotation dossier . For more information on this regard , please send an email to rowaywi@pt.acfspain.org during the formal working hours . A clarification meeting will be considered one of the scoring criteria stated in the quotation request and it will be held on Monday 25th of April , 2022 at 10:00 am ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) . Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope no later than Thursday 28th April , 2022 at 12:00 am ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) with a total of 5 % of their offers attached as bank guarantee valid for 90 calendar days starting from the date of submission ; personal cheques will not be accepted . Action Against Hunger is not obliged to accept the lowest price . Action Against Hunger has the right to postpone , cancel or extend the quotation request . Action Against Hunger has the right to cancel any item in each lot ' bill of quantities Newspaper announcement fees will be paid by the quotation winner . The prices excluding VAT and the contractor should be able to issue Zero VAT invoice .
