Medical Spectacles Providers Westbank and Jerusalem St. John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital Group - is seeking qual ified supplier / s to provide medical spectacles with different specifications to patients in different locations in the West bank and Jerusalem ( north , south and middle areas ) . Interested suppliers can receive the tender document free of charge from the Procurement Department by sending an e - mail to duaa.halaseh@sjeh.org no later than Friday 20/01/2023 at 02:00 pm . Kindly note that the last day for tenders submission is Monday 30/01/2023 at 02:00 pm . by hand to the finance department at Hospital ' premises in 1 Mujer Addin Street , Shaikh Jarrah Jerusalem .

General Notes :
Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelope . Prices to be submitted in NIS and VAT included . Awarded Supplier / s must provide tax invoice / s and valid deduction at source certificate and Makassah in voice ( as needed ) .
